These terms cover owlandatom.com and Owl & Atom Uploader, the private internal tool the channel owner uses to publish Owl & Atom's own videos to YouTube.

Owl & Atom Uploader

The tool is for the exclusive use of the Owl & Atom channel owner. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else.
It uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
It acts only on the Owl & Atom channel, and only with that account's permission, which can be revoked at any time from Google account security settings.
How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, together with the Google Privacy Policy.

Our videos and this website

Our videos are hosted on YouTube, and watching them is governed by YouTube's terms. The videos, animation, logo and text are owned by Owl & Atom. You may link to and share them, but you may not re-upload or redistribute them without permission. The explainers are for general education and are not professional advice.

Changes and contact
